About the book
Beautiful widow Katherine Mayfield lives in seclusion in the country with her son Robbie. Rakish womanizer Lord Knowlton encounters the mother and son on a visit to his estate. Intrigued by the beautiful Katherine, he applies all his efforts to convince her to become his mistress.
